By downloading or using PhonetKor ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PhonetKor("앱")를 다운로드하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 사용하지 마세요.
2. The service2. 서비스 내용
PhonetKor is a Korean pronunciation practice tool. It translates sentences, plays standard pronunciation audio, and provides a 0–100 accuracy score for your recordings. The score is a learning aid, not a certified or clinical assessment. Core features rely on cloud AI services and require an internet connection.
PhonetKor는 한국어 발음 연습 도구입니다. 문장을 번역하고, 표준 발음 음성을 재생하며, 녹음에 대해 0~100점의 정확도 점수를 제공합니다. 점수는 학습 보조 수단이며 공인·임상 평가가 아닙니다. 핵심 기능은 클라우드 AI 서비스에 의존하며 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
3. Free & Premium3. 무료 & 프리미엄
- The free tier allows up to 10 pronunciation evaluations per day and shows ads.무료 등급은 하루 최대 10회 발음 평가를 제공하며 광고가 표시됩니다.
- Premium is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) offering unlimited evaluations, ad-free use, and the practice library. Subscriptions are billed and managed through the app store (Google Play / App Store) and renew automatically until cancelled. Restore Purchases is available.프리미엄은 유료 구독(월간/연간)으로 무제한 평가, 광고 제거, 연습 라이브러리를 제공합니다. 구독은 앱 스토어(Google Play / App Store)를 통해 청구·관리되며 취소 전까지 자동 갱신됩니다. 구매 복원이 가능합니다.
4. Acceptable use4. 올바른 사용
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with its services. Content you enter for translation must not be unlawful.
앱을 오용하거나, 사용 한도를 우회하려 하거나, 서비스를 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 번역을 위해 입력하는 콘텐츠는 불법적이지 않아야 합니다.
5. Disclaimer & liability5. 면책 및 책임 제한
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pronunciation scores and translations are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Pracsol Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
앱은 어떠한 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 발음 점수와 번역은 자동화 시스템이 생성하며 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 Pracsol Inc.는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. Changes6. 약관 변경
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
본 약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 개정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
