These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of users who access and use the Voice Card application provided by Pracsol. By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Voice Card operates on a serverless, local-storage architecture.
1. User Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for backing up their data. The
Company provides CSV export features to facilitate this.
2. No Cloud Backup: We do not keep a copy of your data. If you uninstall the app, lose
your phone, or clear app data, your recordings are permanently lost and cannot be recovered by the
Company.
3. Indemnification: The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data caused by user
negligence, device failure, or app uninstallation.
The Service offers the following tiers:

Trial Period: New users are granted a 30-day Free Trial of Premium
features upon installation.
Extension via Sharing: Users may extend their Premium usage by "Referral Sharing" as
defined in the app event policy (subject to change).
1. Subscription Management: Payments are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple
App Store. Subscription management (cancellation, auto-renewal) is subject to the policies of the
respective store.
2. Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store support, as
the Company does not directly process payment credentials.
The Service provides speech-to-text functionality "as is". The accuracy of transcription depends on the device's hardware and environment. The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions and constitutes no liability for errors in transcribed text.
