Effective Date: January 20, 2026

  • 1. Purpose of Processing
  • 2. Local-Only Storage
  • 3. App Permissions
  • 4. On-device STT Engine
  • 5. Data Destruction
  • 6. Google User Data
  • 7. Contact

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

Pracsol (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides the Voice Card application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Service strictly adheres to the principle of "On-device Data Minimization". We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal sensitive information (voice recordings, text memos) on external servers.

Core Principle: The Company physically cannot access user data because no backend server infrastructure exists for data collection.

Article 2 (Local-Only Storage & Responsibility)

1. All data created within the App (Voice Recordings, Transcribed Text, Memos, Settings) is stored exclusively in the internal storage and local database (SQLite/Isar) of the user's mobile device.
2. Therefore, if the application is deleted or the device is reset/lost, the data cannot be restored by the Company.

Article 3 (App Access Permissions)

The Service requests the minimum necessary permissions to function:

  • Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used solely for capturing voice input to generate memos. The audio stream is processed in real-time buffered memory and saved to local storage. It is never streamed to the internet.
  • Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Optional. Used strictly when the user explicitly chooses to "Export to CSV" or save a backup file to the device's shared storage.
  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to deliver reminders set by the user (e.g., Quick Actions). Notifications are scheduled locally using the device's AlarmManager.

Article 4 (Use of On-device STT Engine)

The App utilizes the device's native Speech-to-Text (STT) engine (e.g., Google Speech Services on Android, SFSpeechRecognizer on iOS).
This process involves passing audio data from the App to the Operating System's internal service. This data flow is governed by the OS provider's privacy policy and is generally processed locally on modern devices for privacy and speed. The App does not intercept or forward this data to any third party other than the OS API.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

Since the Company does not hold user data, there is no separate "Destruction Procedure" on our servers. Information is destroyed in the following manners:

  • User Deletion: When a user deletes a memo card in the app, the associated audio file and database record are immediately and permanently removed from storage.
  • App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app triggers the OS to wipe the application's private sandbox directory, permanently erasing all Voice Card data.

Article 6 (Use of Google User Data)

Voice Card accesses and uses Google User Data specifically through the Google Calendar API to provide the "Auto-Schedule" feature.

  • Data Accessed: Our app accesses your Google Calendar events and basic profile information.
  • Purpose of Access: We use this data solely to create, modify, or delete calendar events based on the text analyzed within the app.
  • Data Storage: Voice Card does not store your Google user data on our external servers. All authentication tokens are stored securely on your local device.
  • Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties.
  • Data Retention & Deletion: Data is retained only as long as necessary to perform the scheduling task. Users can revoke access at any time through their Google Account security settings or by deleting the app.
