Pracsol Inc. ('Company') operates the PhonetKor app ('Service'). PhonetKor has no backend server for user data; the core practice loop runs entirely on-device. The Company processes only the minimum information needed to display ads on the free tier and to verify in-app purchases.
Local data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear it within the app. PhonetKor itself retains nothing on servers. Ad-related data retention is governed by Google's policy; purchase records by App Store / Google Play.
The Company provides data to third parties only for essential service functions:

PhonetKor does not consign user data processing to any party, because it operates no backend. Ad serving and billing are handled directly by the third parties listed above under their own policies.
You can access all your data directly in the app. Delete the app to permanently erase all local data. Use Export Data to back up. Limit personalized advertising via your device's OS settings, or purchase Lifetime Premium to remove all ads.
Uninstalling the app triggers the operating system to wipe PhonetKor's private storage, permanently erasing all local data. There is no server-side data to destroy.
The Service is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14 (in line with Korea's PIPA, which is stricter than COPPA's under-13 standard). Guardians who discover a child under 14 using the app may contact us to have any locally stored data and ad identifiers reset.

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, announced in-app at least 7 days in advance for material changes.
