Pracsol ('Company') processes personal information for the sole purpose of providing the KorVoca service, including AI-based vocabulary translation and dictionary lookups.
1. Local Data: Flashcards and history are stored on your device until the app is deleted.
2. AI Queries: Search queries forwarded to OpenAI are retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes per OpenAI's data policy.
The Company provides data to third parties only as necessary for core service functionality:

Note: KorVoca does not process payments directly and never receives or stores credit card numbers, payment methods, or billing addresses. AdMob is used only for users on the free (Freemium) tier; Pro subscribers do not see ads and no data is transmitted to AdMob for these users.
The Company entrusts the technical hosting and authentication to Google Cloud/Firebase for stable service operation.
Users can exercise their rights to access or delete their data at any time by deleting the application or requesting UID deletion via email.
All local data is immediately destroyed upon app uninstallation. Server-side transient data is automatically purged according to the retention periods defined in Article 3.
The Service is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.

Anonymous users. Because KorVoca uses anonymous Firebase Authentication by default, the data linked to a user is keyed by a pseudonymous identifier. To exercise rights or request deletion, please include the anonymous user identifier shown in Settings → Debug → User ID (or contact us with the approximate date of first use and your device type).
